EDITORIAL:

TV channels and the Hudood debate

The current debate about the abolition of Hudood laws is throwing up an interesting array of opinion. FM LISTENING: ‘Lollywood Masala' is bland

Last Saturday I tuned into City FM 89 to check out a show called ‘Coffee Party'. On weekdays Ayesha Alam, the girl known for her bold style and topics, hosts the same show, however, Munizeh was the RJ Saturday. When I tuned in some song was being played, which meant that the show had already started. When the song finished however, I was struck with the realisation that it was Ayesha Alam and not Munizeh on air.
