Fm listening | Love is in the air
In a world brimming with war-ravaging demons, where peoples' lives are being destroyed and it seems as though human beings have lost all their sanctity, a day like 'Valentine's Day' reminds everyone something called 'love' is still existent in this world. On every 14 of February, the occasion is celebrated throughout the world with zeal and excitement. However, few years back Valentine's Day was not celebrated in Pakistan the way it is celebrated now. Though, many people are still not in the favour of this event especially elders as they consider it to be against our culture and religion. It might be because of wrong depiction of the day as mostly it is believed the day is only meant for the people who are in love with someone of the opposite sex. However, this day is truly meant for all people who love not only with someone of the opposite sex but love their family, relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbours etc.
