APNS demands action against CM's adviser

The executive committee of the All Pakistan Newspapers Society has sought intervention of the president and prime minister to get the adviser of the Sindh chief minister on information and archives, Salahuddin Haider, to publicly apologise for his “unprovoked and reprehensible” remarks against the chief executive of Dawn.

Minorities condemn De Vinci Code

All Pakistan Minorities Alliance (APMA) has appealed to the people of all faiths to reject the Hollywood movie ‘De Vinci Code.' According to a press release, religious minorities of Pakistan strongly condemn the ‘blasphemous and satanic' movie and demands of the government to announce immediate ban on the film.
